Indoor Heated pool sprint-distance triathlon in the Forest of Dean.
Great event for beginners or for more experienced athletes looking to start or finish the season off with a short & friendly race.
Indoor heated pool, secure transition, flat run.
Finishers medal for everyone.

Sprint - 400m pool swim, 23k bike, 5k run
Olympic - 750m pool swim, 40k bike, 10k run
Relay option available
Duathlon 5km run - 38km bike - 5km run

This is a tough event with an incredible open water swim, very scenic bike & run routes, and safe transitions.

Races will start at 8.00am and 8.10am Olympic
Please arrive an hour before your start time or register on Saturday between 12-6pm
It will be a wetsuit optional swim and you will be notified if this changes
